SocialBee Terms and Conditions
These Terms are binding on any use of the Service and apply to You from the time you or your business sign-up with SocialBee Services.
The Service will evolve over time based on user feedback, technology advancements, upgrade or downgrade of packages and additional add-ons. These Terms do not answer every issue raised by the use of the Service. SocialBee reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective upon the posting of modified terms and SocialBee will make every effort to communicate these changes to You via email or notification via our Website.
It is also Your obligation to read, understand and agree to the most recent Terms posted on this Website.
By registering to use the Service you acknowledge that You have read and understood these Terms and have the authority to do so
“Montly recurring” means monthly fee in accordance with the Fee Schedule
“Confidential Information” includes all information exchanged between the parties to this Agreement, whether in writing, electronically or orally. Does not include information which is, or becomes, publicly available
“Data” means any data inputted by You or with Your authority
“Fee Schedule” means the information relating to Your subscription and billing set out on your Contract, which may be updated or amended by SocialBee from time to time
“Service” means the Digital or Social media management work conducted for you/your business by SocialBee
“User” means any person or entity, including the Subscriber, that uses the Service with the authorisation of the Subscriber from time to time.
2. Your Obligations
2.1 Payment Obligations:
An invoice for the Access Fee will be issued each month in accordance with the details set out in the Fee Schedule. SocialBee will continue invoicing You in accordance with the Fee Schedule until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 6
All SocialBee invoices will be sent to You, or to a Billing Contact whose details are provided by You, by email. Payment of all amounts specified in an invoice must be paid in accordance with the Fee Schedule. You are responsible for payment of all taxes and duties in addition to the Access Fee.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
Unless the relevant party has the prior written consent of the other or unless required to do so by law:
3.1 Each party is responsible for all Confidential Information obtained in connection with these Terms.
3.2 Each party’s obligations under this clause will survive termination of these Terms
3.3 The provisions of clauses 5 shall not apply to any information which:
a. Is or becomes public knowledge other than by a breach of this clause
b. Is received from a third party who lawfully acquired it
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual Property Rights in the Services, the Website and any documentation relating to the Services remain the property of SocialBee or its licensors
5.2 All Intellectual Property Rights in the Data remain Your Property. However, Your access to the Data is contingent on full payment of the Access Fee when due.
5.3 You grant SocialBee a licence to use, copy, transmit, store and back-up Your information and Date for the purposes of enabling You to access and use the Services
5.4 Connecting to third-party social networks and websites in conjunction with the Services, You acknowledge that SocialBee may allow the providers of those third-parties to access Your Data as required for the internal operation of such third-party social networks and websites with the Services. SocialBee shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Your Data resulting from any such granted access by third-party providers.
6.1 Set Up fee is not refundable.
6.2 Prepaid Subscriptions paid montlhy.
6.2a SocialBee will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period Access Fee subscription. These Terms will continue for the period covered by the Access Fee paid. At the end of each billing period these Terms will automatically continue for another period of the same duration as that period, provided You continue to the Monthly recurring Fee, unless either party terminates these Terms by giving a least 30 working days advance written notice , You shall be liable to pay all relevant Access Fees up to and including the day of termination of these Terms.
6.3 If Annual Subscription selected no monies is refundable.
6.3a SocialBee will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period Access Fee subscription. These Terms will continue for the period covered by the Access Fee paid. At the end of each billing period these Terms will automatically continue for another period of the same duration as that
period, provided You continue to the Annual recurring Fee, unless either party terminates these
Terms by giving a least 30 days advance written notice, You shall be liable to pay all relevant
Access Fees up to and including the day of termination of these Terms.
7. Customer Support
It is possible that on occasions the Services or Website may be unavailable to allow maintenance to take place. Public Holidays and any additional day advised with a 5 working day notice.
SocialBee Collects Your Personal Information
The Service involves the storage of Data about a company or individual. That Data can include personal information. Personal Information is information about an identifiable individual and may include the
SocialBee may collect personal information directly from You when You:
- Sign up for the Service,
- Register to use the Service,
- Use the Service,
- Post on SocialBee social channels,
- Contact the Customer Service team
You can always choose not to provide Your personal information to SocialBee, but it may mean we are unable to provide You with the Service.
SocialBee uses Your personal information for limited purposes to:
- Verify Your
- Deliver the Service
- Notify You of new or changed services offered in relation to the Service
- Assist with the resolution of technical support or Customer Service
- Communicate with You by telephone, mail or electronically
By using the Service, You consent to Your personal Information being collected and used in this way and for other use You
SocialBee will only use Your personal information for the purpose described in this Policy
SocialBee holds your personal information and is committed to protecting the security of Your personal information and we take all reasonable precautions to protect it from
Information collected about your company to deliver the Services are located on servers in the United States of America.
If you do not want Your company information stored to a server located in the U.S., You should not provide SocialBee with Your company information or use the Service.
